Cancel or Change an Order
Free cancellation before dispatch
You can cancel your Honeyport order any time before it is dispatched. Tell us your order number below and we will confirm the cancellation, usually within a few working hours.
Prefer email? Write to support@honeyport.co.in with your order number.
You can also cancel from your account if you have one.

Before dispatch — cancel free
No charge, no questions. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders cost you nothing.

After dispatch — we cannot cancel
Once the courier has picked up your parcel the order is on its way and cannot be stopped. You can refuse the delivery, or accept it and raise a return.

Just need a change instead?
Wrong model, colour or address? Message us before dispatch and we will correct it without cancelling the order.
Cash on Delivery: if you no longer want the order, please cancel here rather than refusing it at the door. Refused COD parcels cost us the full round-trip courier charge, and repeated refusals may mean we can only offer prepaid on future orders.
