Shipping Policy

We ship across India through reputed courier partners.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹1,499 and above
  • ₹100 flat on orders below ₹1,499

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

To reduce failed deliveries, we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Orders we are unable to confirm may be held or cancelled.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro cities — 2 to 4 business days
  • Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 business days
  • Remote and hill areas — 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Delivery can be delayed by weather, local restrictions, festivals or courier backlogs. We will keep you updated if that happens.

Order tracking

You receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Serviceability

We deliver to most pincodes in India. If your pincode is not serviceable, checkout will tell you. If you are unsure, email us before ordering and we will check.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete, the phone number was unreachable, or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, the parcel returns to us.

For prepaid orders we will refund the order value less the shipping cost incurred, or re-ship at your request with shipping charges payable again.
