These terms govern your use of www.honeyport.co.in and any purchase you make from Honeyport. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who you are dealing with

Honeyport is a brand operated by M/s Buzz Technologies, a Partnership firm registered in Karnataka, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to M/s Buzz Technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products are third-party accessories

Honeyport cases are third-party accessories. They are not manufactured, endorsed, certified or authorised by Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, or any device manufacturer.

Device names such as iPhone, Samsung and Galaxy are used solely to indicate which phone model a case is designed to fit. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Where a product is described as MagSafe-compatible, this means it is designed to work with magnetic accessories. It does not mean the product is certified under Apple's MFi or MagSafe certification programmes. MagSafe is a trademark of Apple Inc.

4. Product accuracy and compatibility

Phone cases are model-specific. It is your responsibility to select the correct phone model at checkout. If you order the wrong model, our Refund Policy covers a free exchange within the return window.

Product images are representative. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and manufacturing batch. Minor variation is not a defect.

5. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit quantities per customer or per order. Where we decline an order, any amount paid is refunded in full.

For Cash on Delivery orders we may verify your contact details before dispatch. Orders we cannot verify may be held or cancelled.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and may carry a handling fee shown at checkout.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. No separate warranty period

We do not offer a warranty period on our products. Phone cases are consumable accessories subject to normal wear.

What we do cover, under our Refund Policy:

Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, for a free replacement or a full refund
Change of mind — return within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with free reverse pickup

Outside these windows we are not able to accept returns or replacements. Normal wear, scuffing, discolouration over time, damage from misuse or accident, and damage from heat, chemicals or liquids are not covered at any point.

10. Cases reduce risk; they do not eliminate it

We do not warrant that a case will prevent damage to your device. A protective case reduces the risk of damage. It does not remove it. We are not liable for any damage to your phone or any other device, however caused.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, logos and design — is the property of M/s Buzz Technologies and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with its operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to devices or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
